Repair-Mend will also provide a guarantee for all new machines supplied and installed.

Rates and Charges

We charge fixed rate to solve your computer problem and to provide other IT services, hardware parts if required are an additional cost. Repairs are usually completed within one to two hours. We never charge over 3 hours labour no matter how lengthy your repair job may be (when the work is undertaken in our workshop in Chelsea). We make sure that our customers are kept informed during the repair process so that you are aware of the likely costs to fix your PC, Laptop or Mac.

Mobile Service

We offer a mobile repair service for businesses and residents within our mobile service area. There are no call out fees or travel costs.
