We provide a Mobile Service for Central London residents and businesses and Distant Mobile Service for all along London as well as the option of a Workshop Service whereby we repair your machine onsite at our office/workshop.

Mobile Service Area

We cover Kensington and Chelsea

We provide a Mobile Service to customers (businesses and home users) within around a:

30 minute drive north and west of Chelsea; and a

20 minute drive south and east of Chelsea.

A map and a list of specific suburbs that we provide a Mobile Service to (with no charge out rate) are provided at the bottom of this page.

We do not charge a call out fee for our Mobile Service, nor is there a minimum one hour service fee, nor do we charge travel time.

If your home or business is outside our Mobile Service Area we are still likely to be able to help you, but if the distance is large we may have to negotiate with you a fee to cover the travel time.

Distant Service Area

We provide a Distant Service to customers (businesses and home users) all along London*

We do not charge a call out fee for our Mobile Service, nor is there a minimum one hour service fee, nor do we charge travel time.

UK Same Day Free Collection

We offer same day FREE collection throughout the United Kingdom. We use DPD Courier service to collect your PC, Laptop, Mac with high care and will return it to you after repairing by DPD Courier or you may choose to come and collect it at our workshop. We operate on a “no fix, no fee” service and also a “fixed fee” policy so that regardless of time consumption we do not overcharge you for bigger jobs.

You are welcome to bring your troublesome computer into our workshop for repairs.  A great deal of our residential customers make use of this option as it means that they are not tied to their home at a particular time and for a particular period of time which depends on the complexity or not of the repair job or IT service that is required.

UK Same Day Free Collection, Mobile or Workshop Service

Most of the time the choice is yours.  There are however some IT issues and repairs that need to be done onsite at your home or business such as wireless internet connection problems.

Sometimes jobs done in our workshop can work out cheaper as we can save time – and you money – by not having to wait while your computer performs a lengthy system operation such as re-installing your operating system or backing up files.  We can use this ‘down time’ to prepare for other work, and naturally you are then not charged for this time, which you would be if we spent all the time required offsite at your home or business.

Some of our new customers prefer to come to our workshop to ‘inspect’ the premises (and us!), whilst others (until they get to know us) prefer us to work in their home or office so as to check our expertise and make sure we are trustworthy. There are loads of other customers who are too busy to spend their time either way so they would go for collection service as they can save their time and leave the job to us and our carrier.

Other customers don’t care either way, they just want their computer or IT problem resolved quickly and efficiently. 

How we process your order

Your gadget is fixed in just 4 steps

Once you contact us we arrange a collection or visit (mobile service) for you. Generally it will be the same if that suites you too.
You need to request this service. For us to diagnose the problem with you machine, you do not need to bring your PC, Laptop or Mac to our office. We do not charge any penny to provide you with a diagnosis of what is wrong with your computer, the repair cost, including parts if necessary and then advise whether or not it is going to be economical to repair your machine. The Diagnosis fee is only charged if you decide not to proceed with the repair job.
80% of the time we repair and finish the job the same day and make your item ready for delivery if it was a collection and delivery service.
Job is done! You will have your item promptly. Ofcourse we will contact you for arranging date and time which suites you the best before delivering your device to you.
